Trial-first, not refunds

SynDrivers is a trial-first business: every driver runs in trial mode when no license key is installed: full features, time-limited per driver load. Evaluate on your own Crestron Home processor before you buy; purchase a license when the driver has earned its place on the job.

How licenses work

Licenses are delivered digitally and minted to a specific Crestron Home processor at the time of purchase. Once a license is minted, all sales are final, except where consumer law requires otherwise.

What isn't a refund

A MAC address typo entered at checkout is corrected free of charge within roughly 72 hours of purchase. Each license also includes one free self-serve transfer to a new Crestron Home processor. Neither of these is a refund.
