Known issues
UniFi Protect Viewport
- The touch panel's Additional Functions list (Preset 1–48) is not in numeric order and can reshuffle between sessions — a Crestron Home platform behavior for any driver's custom commands, not something this driver controls. Keep the client's day-to-day favorites in Preset 1–10 so they stay reachable from the remote and keypad instead.
- Liveviews the Viewport driver creates on the NVR are never deleted — the UniFi Protect integration API has no delete-liveview call. Old liveviews stay on the NVR harmlessly and are reused on every connection.
- Camera Grid requires the base UniFi Protect Viewport driver already installed and paired to the same system; it does not switch video on its own.
- Camera Grid tiles show a camera or grid icon only, never a live snapshot thumbnail — a deliberate design choice, not a missing feature.
